Permission Slips:

On occasion, St. Therese will sponsor and conduct field trips for the educational enrichment of the students. Participation in field trips is a privilege. No student may participate in a field trip unless a signed parent/guardian permission slip for the specific event is submitted to the school. The permission slip form is provided by the school.

Parents who do not wish their child to go on a particular field trip have the right to refuse permission. However, the decision not to go on a field trip does not offer a day off from school. Students will be expected to attend school, in accordance with diocesan requirement and complete an assignment.

The permission slip which must be signed if the student is to participate in a field trip or outside activity is in the back of the handbook. If your child forgets the one given out in school, please copy and use one of the forms from the back of the handbook.
