Lunch Menu/Order Form - News Letter

Parents and Guardians,

Lunch menus (see links below) are due no later than Friday, May 20th (late orders not accepted). Field trips for each grade have been noted on the orderform;if your child is going on the trip, please do not order lunch for them, credits will not be issued. If you have a child in grades 2, 3 or 8 they will receive a free slice of pizza on June 4th for winning the most parents in attendance at the HSA meetings this year. Dear St. Therese Parents:

This note is for the 2nd 3rd and 8th grade parents.

Due to attendance at the General Meetings, the following classes earned a Pizza Party. Credit will be issued to those who used the Advance Billing, however the other parents need to make note about Lunch and not order on that day.

Re: Lunch Program, T-Bank Accounts

Dear St. Therese Parents:

First, many thanks to all who have participated in this year's lunch program, it was a great success!

The children love the Tornado Menu and utilizing their T-Bank accounts. This program will continue next year with new and exciting items added to the menu! Look for information from me during the summer.

This is a reminder that all credits issued must be taken by May 15th and T-Bank accounts must be brought current. Invoices for T-Bank and Lunch monies will be sent out in May and must be paid immediately.

Credits not taken for 2009-2010 will be null and void by May 15th with the exception of any May unscheduled field trips. These credits must be taken for June; they cannot be carried over into next year.

There will NOT be any credit issued to students for T-Bank accounts after May 15th. If your child wants to utilize the Tornado Menu, all transactions must be by debit (monies already on account) or cash ONLY. I must close and balance the books for the end of the 2009-2010 school year.
